Merge pull request #23 from stephengaito/cleanUpBuild

Clean up build Turned off unused options for both Poppler (0.89.0) and FontForge (20200314) Removed unused (apt) pacakges Proved that we can build on xenial (16.04), bionic(18.04), focal(20.04) (and probably eoan (19.10))
